I’m officially back after my month-long sabbatical in the wilderness! Sorry I didn’t post while I was away, but when you spend three weeks in a tent…you don’t really get much wifi access. 

Camp Shamrock was amazing! For those who don’t know what it is, it’s two eight-week camps that are split up by gender. The first session is Boy’s Camp and it was so much fun! My girl teammates and I got to help our coordinator’s wife and her sister do all of the cooking for Boy’s Camp, and it was certainly…an experience. I’ve never had to cook for roughly a hundred people before, and I hope to get to do it again next year. Girl’s Camp was a great time as well. During Girl’s Camp, I was a tent-leader for five girls from the Coleraine area and it was a great experience!

After Camp Shamrock ended, my teammates and I packed up and headed to Paris for a few days. A few of the pictures I took from the trip can be found in the posts below this one, so please have a look at all of our French Adventures!
